Do I have to upgrade to get new features?
No. New platform features are available automatically. Some advanced capabilities may require a higher tier, but we notify you before they become paid-only.
How do I report a bug I find?
Email support@upgpt.ai with details about what broke, what you expected, and steps to reproduce. We acknowledge bugs within 2 hours and triage within 24 hours.
Can I rollback to a previous version?
VISION is cloud-hosted and updates automatically. You cannot opt-out of updates, but we maintain backward compatibility and test extensively before releases.
