What is a capability credit?
Capabilities are grouped into four cost tiers (Micro, Standard, Premium, Intensive). Your plan includes a credit allowance. Each capability you activate consumes credits from that allowance. Micro capabilities cost 1 credit, Standard 3, Premium 7, and Intensive 15. You see exactly what's in your system and what each capability costs.
What counts as a capability?
Capabilities are discrete AI-powered features — e.g., Google Ads Auditor, Voice Triage, Content Calendar, Booking Pipeline, Lead Scoring, Anomaly Detection. Each solution template is a pre-assembled group of capabilities. You can activate any combination via NEXUS or the dashboard.
What does BYOK mean and how does it save money?
BYOK = Bring Your Own API Keys. When you register your own keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) on Solo Pro or above, VISION routes AI inference through your account. We apply an automatic 26% discount on monthly plans since we're not covering inference costs for you.
Can I start with a solution template and customize it?
Yes. Every solution template is a starting point. After activating it, you can add capabilities, swap providers, change workflows, or tell NEXUS to modify anything. You're never locked into a fixed configuration.
What happens when I exceed my credit allowance?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade your plan or remove a capability. We don't auto-charge overages on capability credits — you choose whether to upgrade or stay within your allowance.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. Paid plans are available with a 14-day free trial. Founding Members get 50% off for the first 12 months on any paid tier.
